I just find it funny that people harp on Vitor so much about TRT in a sport dominated by steroids for the entire period of it's existence, not to mention every other sport is dominated by steroids. Vitor isn't the only one, I'm not saying it's right but it's not new either.

@notsmb, Dana didn't say that if he beat Hendo he'd be next, he said that if he loses he damn well wouldn't :)

@MMATycoon, I don't think this win is shot-worthy because I don't think Hendo can hang with any of the top guns anymore ... his fight with Shogun made people believe he could, but Shogun isn't a top gun either.

As for Vitor, I think his wins vs. Bisping and Rockhold and the way he won them should have already secured him the shot, but him turning down fights against Machida and Sonnen pissed Dana off so he's making his wait longer ...

Like I said before, he's definitely already earned another shot ... but it's not beating the ol' geezer that makes it so.

I just can't see Vitor turning down those fights due to fear or something, he fought Jon Jones and moved up in weight for that fact. Granted there was a title on the line I'm not sure I can go by every thing Dana Derp White says.

@yossgold I disagree. He just knocked out a legend of the sport, something no one ever could do before. That includes all time greats like Anderson Silva, Minotauro Nogueira, Fedor and a bunch of others. Plus as you said, he's also coming off devastating performances. He's definitely next in line and this performance has everything to do with it.

(btw I didn't -1 you just so you know... ).

Good stoppage, Hendo was done. Vitor had the better juice, but 0-2 and at age 43, you had to think this time for Hendo was coming. Vitor is on another level right now... level three of his roid cycle. I feel like he could beat weidman or silva right now.

edit: that was a quick downthumb, not your quickest, though. see if you can get me 5.

edit 2: woo! goodjob!

efit 3: I said 5 not 6, but if you're going to go past 5, go to 10 for the **** of it.
